12 Ways to Divorce with Your Self Respect and Dignity in Tact

Have you ever been the recipient of bad divorce advice?  You know what I'm talking about - the whole "stay in the house", "sling mud - it's better for court", "crush him/her" line.  The advice that will lead to you lining your lawyer's pockets with gold.

I've read a few articles giving advice like that in the past couple of weeks.  So this week, I took the opportunity to not only tell you what the bad advice is - but give you some good advice in response.  My main message? Don't line your lawyer's pockets.  Divorce with some dignity and self respect.

See my article on DivorcedMoms.com.

Be strong. Live honourably and with dignity. When you don't think you can, hold on.
